Providing care and the possibility of continuing development for a loved one on the (Adult) Autism Spectrum is a significant undertaking.  In fact, it takes years of foresight, conversations with friends, coordination with attorneys, financial planning, and access to a lot of accumulated knowledge and experience.  It is essentially a “given” that without funding made available through Medicaid in coordination with the State that one lives in, many of the objectives one would undertake for such a loved one would not be possible.  Please read the posts below, ask questions, and participate in this very important Discussion topic!
